Yakitori restaurant to go

This is Saho from J-Hippers Kyoto.

My topic today is Yakitori restaurant, "JYOKIYA".

This is a traditional Japanese house and is hard to tell it's Yakitori-ya out of exterior of the house.

I really liked the intimate atmosphere and they have an opened counter for a solo or a small group of people. They also have private spaces for a big group of customers.

They serve a lot of different parts of the chicken , such as the breasts,thighs,skin, liver and other innards.
Yakitori is now one of popular Japanese Izakaya cuisine.
