Kushikatsu Party @ J-Hopeprs Kyoto Hostel !!
We had a kushi-age party in Kyoto J-Hoppers hostel the other day.
Kushi-age is one of the Japanese foods.
Tempura is more famous for deep-fried stuff, but kushi-age is also very popular especially in Kansai region.
It is very easy to cook.
The recipe is provided in the movie.
You can try, too.
Have fun !
